Arrival Information

🏨 Hotel accommodated:
🛎 Check-in and registrations are open from 15:00 until 22:00. If you expect yourself to arrive after 22:00, please, reach out to us. 
Registrations on place have two parts - one at the reception of the Hotel, where you get your room key card and fill in your personal details (bring your ID or passport!), and one with us, where you'll receive your badge and ordered goods.

🚊 Hotel Belvedere is located here. If you are coming by public transportation, seek Kamenická tram stop. 

🚗 If you are coming by car, you may use a deliveries-only short-term parking places directly in front of the Belvedere Hotel in the Františka Křížka street (here on maps). Please, use this spot only briefly for unloading your luggages and passangers, and free it again as soon as possible. 

🅿️ For parking your car, we recommend using Letná underground garages (here). We've secured a shuttle running between the Garages and the Hotel. 

🚕 For requesting a shuttle, please send a message either into this Telegram Chat or into #FHP-garage-shuttle room on this Discord server, containing your approximate arrival. After you arrive to the Hotel, please, write another message there telling us to be ready for you. Shuttle will be sharing a live location, and will load you in one of the streets adjacent to the Garage's entrance (somewhere around here). 

🏰 There is no further program on Thu evening (besides dinner), so we recommend this evening for sightseeing around Prague! Trams can take you from the front of the Hotel to the heart of the historical city centre or to Prague castle in less than ten minutes, and as Thursday is generally not too busy tourist day, it is definitely worth at least a little walk. 

🪩 Non-accommodated (Friday Warm-Up Party or Saturday AfterParty):
🎉 There is no need for you to come on Thursday, as non-accommodated guests will only receive paper bracelets at the entrance to parties themselves. 
You may, however, come pick up your ordered T-shirts and sponsor gifts. If you can't/won't, it's no problem, you may grab them at parties as well.
